Car Service network of French origin linked to the new Distribution. (more than 40 stores in Portugal)



  • Support to the implementation of the plan change, the name of the Insignia;
  • Development of the new Strategic Plan of the Insignia in Portugal;
  • Support on the field to implement the new concept;
  • Support to the creation of a new corporate Image and Communication Strategy in the workshop spaces;
  • Development and implementation of Behavioral Training Program to the “People on the Frontline” of the network;
  • The program mentioned above had as main objective to succeed in changing attitudes and behaviours of “The people on the Frontline” before the more ambitious objectives were defined with the new concept/new Insignia;
  • So that the objectives of the transition process may be shared, training and facilitation actions were developed for the store and internal managers. (Shopping; Marketing;...)
